At Scarlett Gasque, we want you to feel confident in your luxury lingerie; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, items showing any signs of wear or missing protective strips cannot be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Scarlett Gasque silk packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
